The box I wanted to buy has sold out can I order another one?
Each box is unique and so there will never be one identical however if there is a design or palette you particularly were after, then please get in touch and I’ll be happy to discuss making a bespoke design for you.
How long will it take for my box to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Items are quality checked, then carefully hand packaged in individually eco-friendly handmade cotton bags (designed to reduce packaging waste). These are then posted.
UK shipping and packaging time is 1-2 weeks. If however you require your order to arrive more quickly or for a specific date, please do not hesitate to get in touch and everything will be done to accommodate this.
Will I receive notification of dispatch?
Yes, when your item has been lovingly packaged and then posted, you will receive an email to confirm that your item has been dispatched.
How much is delivery?
We are able to ship to the UK, Europe and internationally. Local Delivery is free within the Edinburgh area. For UK deliveries we offer a £20.00 flat fee for packing and shipping. For deliveries outside of the UK, please contact us for shipping costs.
What should I do when my order arrives?
When you receive your product please ensure that the colour, design and quality are as expected before handling and discarding packaging. Then find the perfect spot to put it and sit back and enjoy your one-of-a-kind beautiful piece.
Do you take returns?
We hope you will be delighted with your one-of-a-kind item. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days from the dispatch of order provided they are in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
